In-Court Division

The In-Court Division accepts filings in-person, through facsimile and electronic-mail. Each section of Court is assigned a deputy clerk who is responsible for preparing dockets and processing the paperwork of that section.  Additionally, this office process Expungements, Bond Forfeitures, Public Requests, and any matter pertaining to closed or pending cases in the Criminal District Court Sections A through L.
