Property & Evidence
The Property & Evidence Division is responsible for receiving all property from Police Headquarters after charges are accepted. Additionally, this division is responsible for retrieving stored evidence and ensuring evidence accompanies defendants who appear for motion hearing, trial, and/or miscellaneous requests.
NOTE
Property can be returned to defendants, but only after the case is closed. To request the return of property, please complete the Motion and Order for Release of Property form below (Item Number Required).
